Privacy notice

This booking service is operated by Clinovo on behalf of the clinic named on the booking page. We collect the minimum information needed to arrange your appointment: your name, contact number and the service you'd like to book.

How we use your data. Your details are shared only with the clinic you're booking with, so they can confirm and manage your appointment. We may send you appointment-related text messages, and, after your visit, an invitation to leave a review. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data, use it for unrelated marketing, or share it with third parties beyond the service providers needed to deliver messages (e.g. our SMS provider). The booking assistant does not provide medical advice and anything you tell it is not a medical record.

Storage and retention. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as needed to manage bookings and meet the clinic's legal obligations. You can ask the clinic to access, correct or delete your data at any time.
